Cultivating a home practice, even a very brief one, is a powerful way to discover greater depth within your yoga practice.  Nothing compares to the experience of practicing yoga in a community setting (studio or gym), however for many of us getting to a studio or gym is not an attainable option for a variety of reasons.  For some of us taking time to practice in our homes once in a while will reveal quite a lot about our practice and our bodies.  I encourage all of my students to develop a home practice in addition to their studio practices. It is my hope that these videos will give you the tools necessary to begin to cultivate and build a safe, and healthy aligned home practice.

Each month I will be releasing two attainable video practices that you can do from your home or on the road.  One practice will be have a more "stretchy" and yin focus (longer holds in poses), and the second practice will be a more vigorous sweaty and flowy kind of practice where the heart will beat faster and we may sweat it out a bit. And from time to time I may break down certain poses for you to work on specifically.  Each practice can either be rented or purchased from my VIMEO channel, and can be viewed on any mobile device or smart tv streaming device.
