Each month I will be releasing two attainable video practices that you can do from your home or on the road. One practice will be have a more "stretchy" and yin focus (longer holds in poses), and the second practice will be a more vigorous sweaty and flowy kind of practice where the heart will beat faster and we may sweat it out a bit. And from time to time I may break down certain poses for you to work on specifically. Each practice can either be rented or purchased from my VIMEO channel, and can be viewed on any mobile device or smart tv streaming device.
